FitToDisk v2.6                                

Introduction

It is a nice tool for you to split a large file, including MP3, Zip,Wave File, EXE file, in fact, any type file, into several pieces to fit into floppy disks for copy or backup purpose or split into hard disk for later use. It will make it easy to send large files by email through Internet. 

When splitting, FitToDisk will make a copy of itself and save this copy with split files. So, when you send split files to your friends, you also send them a evaluation copy of FitToDisk. So they have tool to restore.

FitToDisk is designed thoughtfully. It is of convient use and nice interface. You can split or restore files smoothly and reliably, without any troublesome configrations. It is what make this software so outstanding.

FitToDisk v2.6 runs on Win95/98/NT/ME/2000.

Install FitToDisk

FitToDisk is distributed in a single file setup.exe. To install it, just double click it and follow its request. 

After installation, you will find a group named 'FitToDisk' 
in 'Start button' 'Program menu' with 3 subitems.

Just click item 'FitToDisk v2.6' to run it. 

How to uninstall

Uninstallation is just as easy as installation. Just click 
item 'Uninstall' to do it.

How to split file

This program runs as a program bar. To split, click 'File to split' Button , then choose the file which need to split in popup dialogue window. Then to choose where to save split files and the file size to split into. Default directory is Drive A. Default file size is 1.44M. After it, split operation carries out. When finished, there is a flash window showing 'Operation finished'.

When ' the choose where to save' dialogue window shows, there is a checkbox with caption 'Attach FitToDisk'. If it is checked, FitToDisk will make a copy of itself and save this copy with split files. So, when your friends receive the split files, they also get a copy of FitToDisk to restore them. 

The copy includes 4 files:

        FitToDisk.exe
        Fittodisk.hlp // Help file
        Fittodisk.cnt // Help file
        Readmefit.txt // Readme file

How to restore

Run FitToDisk.exe , click 'File to restore' button to choose the first file of split files with extension '.000' . Then choose a path to save the restored file. After it, FitToDisk will carry out restoration , ending with a flash window showing 'Operation finished'. 

If you receive split files from your friend, please find the copy of FitToDisk which should be sent to you with split files.

How to Register 

Download FitToDisk here. When you have FitToDisk installed and run, click about button. There is a Serial Number on popup window. Remember it. Then visit our website click Buy Now to register. The Register Fee is US$12.50 or Euro 13.67 ( It depends on Exchange Rate of purchasing day)
